At NS leather jackets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward and fair 20-day return and exchange policy to ensure your experience with us remains smooth and hassle-free.

20 Days Return Policy

We accept returns within 20 days of the product being delivered. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at info@nsleatherjackets.com.
Our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours to guide you through the process.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief summary or reason for return

  • Relevant product images (if available)

  • The product in its original packaging, with all tags/logos attached

Returns requested after 20 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

If we receive a product that does not meet our return conditions (used, damaged, missing tags), we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us at info@nsleatherjackets.com within 24 hours of delivery.

To speed up the resolution:

  • Share your order number

  • Describe the issue clearly

  • Attach photos of the product

If the defect is verified to be due to a manufacturing error or quality issue, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

However:

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 25% deduction from the total paid amount.

  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation will result in a 25% deduction + shipping charges.

Size Issue?

Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Orders placed without checking the size chart will not be eligible for return. If you would like a custom size, kindly email us at info@nsleatherjackets.com with your measurements.
